Protected Funds remain subject to platform review and are not guaranteed to become payable.

5. BUYER PROTECTION PERIODS

Protection periods may vary depending on transaction type.
Current standard protection periods include:
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
* Seventy-two (72) hours from successful purchase.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
* Seven (7) calendar days from confirmed delivery.
SERVICES
* Seven (7) calendar days from confirmed completion of the service.
BizTowers may modify protection periods for specific categories, sellers, transactions, promotions, or risk profiles.

6. BUYER CONFIRMATION

A Buyer may confirm that a transaction has been successfully completed.
Confirmation may indicate that:
* The product was delivered.
* The product is accessible.
* The service was completed.
* The item substantially matches its description.
Upon confirmation, funds may become eligible for payout processing.

7. AUTOMATIC RELEASE OF FUNDS

Where no dispute, fraud concern, or restriction exists, protected funds may become eligible for release when the applicable protection period expires.
Eligibility for release does not guarantee immediate payout.
Additional processing, verification, compliance, or payout procedures may still apply.

* Products differ substantially from descriptions.
* Incorrect items are delivered.
SERVICES
* Services are not delivered.
* Services differ substantially from advertised commitments.
* Significant portions of agreed deliverables are missing.
Supporting evidence may be required.

* A Buyer changes their mind.
* A Buyer no longer wants the product or service.

* The product or service was delivered substantially as described.
* The Buyer misused the product.
* The Buyer caused damage after delivery.
